It's been a couple of years since Bruce Banner started turning into the Hulk in the MCU timeline,Watch Lonely Wives Club 3 Online so it would stand to reason that his alter ego's vocabulary would be improving.
Mark Ruffalo spilled details about the big fella during Marvel's Thor: Ragnarokpanel on Saturday at Comic-Con, including that he won't be playing much Bruce Banner.

"He's a little perma-Hulked," Banner continued. "And because he's been the Hulk for two years, now, he has the vocabulary of a two-year-old. We have a Speaking Hulk."
"We have a Speaking Hulk!"
"Are you sure you can say that?" said moderator Chris Hardwick.
"Too late," Ruffalo said. "We may or may not have a speaking Hulk in Thor 3... in which everyone may or may not die."
You see a bit of Hulk's more advanced vocalization at the end of the new Thor: Ragnarok trailer, which Marvel dropped later in the panel.
"Hulk like raging fire," the big fella says with some attempt at elegance. "Thor like smoldering fire."
Thor: Ragnarokcomes out Nov. 17.
